Betsy Weixel is an industry leader with over 20 years of experience in government medical staffing. With prior experience leading healthcare-oriented organizations, Weixel has a proven track record of building operations teams that consistently deliver exceptional solutions and services. She comes to ERP as the founding partner of a top-rated government contracting company, Matrix Providers, Inc., where she led the organization to achieve top-tier performance metrics and maintained excellence while managing complex and large-scale projects within budget. This included developing and implementing strategies to achieve double-digit year-over-year growth in increasingly competitive environments.
After graduating from Penn State University with a B.S. in Health Planning Administration, Betsy began her career as a U.S. Air Force Medical Service Corp Officer at Nellis Air Force Base, NV. Following her service, she worked in long-term care for five years, when she earned her Nursing Home Administrator License and supported the opening of the first veterans' care center in Virginia. Betsy's expertise in medical staffing stems from her career as a highly successful staffing executive supporting the Department of Defense and veterans' medical communities over several decades.
